Listen up.

It’s not easy being young. It’s not always easy being a person.

You’re supposed to figure out what you want, and how you’re going to get there. But how do you balance work, school, relationships, bills, and whatever else on top of that? Not to mention the fact that you’re trying to figure out who you are and what you believe in outside of what you’ve always been told — and then you add this huge anxiety and depression epidemic that seems to be sweeping our youth now-a-days?

What a mess.

And I’m right smack-dab in the middle of it with the rest of you.

So here’s the deal – I’m here for you. I get it, I really do. Life is stressful. There’s not always someone around to listen, to talk to, or someone who can help you figure out what you want instead of just giving you advice you’re going to ignore later on.

So message me up. I’ve got Skype. We can meet and do whatever it is you need to do. Need to complain about your parents absurd rules or your boyfriend’s trashy job? Want help scheduling your time, communicating with your boss, or finding a way to move forward with you life? Feel stuck in the same place and need someone to vent to? I’ve got your back. As a fellow youth and member of the anxiety club, let’s be friends.

Shoot me an email at, and we’ll set up a time that works for both of us to talk. Or maybe we’ll just email. That works too. Again, I’m here for you man. We’ll do things in the way that suits your needs best.

First two hours free, and we can negotiate a price that works with your budget after that.

I know I’m just a stranger on the internet who’s written a few blog posts about her experience being an adult, but sometimes, a stranger is all you need. So coming from someone who’s found the support in her own life very much lacking, you don’t have to go through this journey alone.

“Bre has been in my life since late 2012, and the impact she’s had is nothing short of remarkable. I’ve been going through quite an emotional journey since our first conversation, and she’s been by my side through it all. She has helped me to come to terms with my personal problems, and her practical approach to self-improvement has helped to shape me into a healthier, and much happier, individual. She is honest in her opinions and she doesn’t sugar-coat the truth, but she is also tactful and positive, sympathizing with your struggles and validating your feelings. Bre is, in short, a wonderful and beautiful person, and I am proud to recommend her to anyone in need of a helping hand.”
